There is an interesting story behind this claim. Our Allan Phoon (above) as he will admit is not very good at speaking English. One evening, a customer asked him if the Damansara Village Steamboat soup contains monosodium glutamate or MSG. Allan confidently snapped back, "Guarantee! No SMS one!"

It left an amused customer who nevertheless understood that Damansara Village Steamboat soup stock is just plain, good old-fashioned organic natural flavour.
